(2)We can help you figure out what name is best. Typically, we recommend names like - ReaganHomes.com, ReaganDesignBuild.com, ReaganDesignAndBuild.com or ReaganCustomHomes.com.

If your existing domain name is something like ReaganConstruction.com or ReaganRemodeling or something similar we do NOT recommend using this name because the website for your custom homes and land development should scream "I am a custom home builder." This is also why we suggest having a separate site dedicated to your custom homes division if you offer other services.

(3)Linking or embedding your social media profiles on your website increases engagement and provides additional ways for potential clients to connect with you. Including social media links boosts your online presence and improves communication with your audience. Please specify if you prefer just an icon link in the footer, embedding a feed within the website that updates automatically, or both.

(4)Based on focus groups, research, and data, we have found that the oval logo with the door knocker of Reagan Homes in blue and white is the most trustworthy. Many of our Wealthy Builder members use the Reagan Homes look and feel because it works well in markets all over the country.

(5) To ensure smooth scheduling and integration with our CRM, your email setup is crucial. We require either Outlook365 or G-Suite, as well as Zoom for meetings. Real-time scheduling of initial phone or Zoom calls is essential for potential custom home clients.

If you’re not using Outlook365, we recommend G-Suite, which is $6/month per email account. We can assist with the G-Suite setup. Thank you for providing this information. It will help us set up your scheduling efficiently and avoid conflicts.

(6) Scheduling Availability:

  • Specify the hours you want to allow potential clients to schedule initial calls.

  • We recommend availability outside normal business hours, including weekends, to accommodate working clients. Suggested hours are:

    • Monday to Thursday: 8 am to 7 pm

    • Friday to Sunday: 8 am to 2 pm

By using G-Suite, any functions or appointments during these hours will prevent double bookings.
